The service was excellent during my stay. The rooms were contemporary and huge with a private bathroom. The employees were incredibly nice and kept it all fairly clean. The location was marvelous, anywhere in the greater Waco area, the view was good, too.

Modern, impeccably clean hotel with a clean pool. The location comfy and EXCELLENT close to everything. Also - close to two convenience stores and a nice restaurant and downtown Waco and surrounding area. Brilliantly helpful staff, delicious choice for breakfast.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, they solved my issues. The location was excellent because the expressway was close to the hotel. A few times I ate at Wendy's, which is relatively close to the property.

Stayed for 1 night in this well-maintained and modern place, truly enjoyed that. The staff were all exceptionally nice and affable. The room I booked was large and good sized with scenic views and sofa bed, as example. The provided breakfast was free with yogurt and waffles, as for instance.

The breakfasts were free and delicious with sausage, waffles and hot options. Its location was particularly good and magnificent, near the quiet suburb, two convenience stores and all the major shopping centers in Waco. Tried some nice meals at Wendy's, located close to the hotel.

Some of the staff were a bit rude.

Spotless, hip new hotel, I loved well-appointed rooms and so very friendly stuff. The room with towels. The location of this property near to Texas and two convenience stores and business center was good and magnificent. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

This place offers well-kept rooms that are a nice size with comfortable beds, allowing for a comfy sleep, set in a very nice area near stores, restaurants, and common areas.

Convenient location, nice staff, great coffee, and lovely decor. Limited healthy breakfast options though. Close to Baylor/downtown, making it easier to get around. Immaculate and comfortable facilities. Surprisingly excellent and plentiful breakfast with waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, juice. Friendly and helpful staff, accommodating special needs.

The Sleep Inn was a great find! The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved the indoor pool area, perfect for a relaxing swim. The location was convenient, with easy access to the interstate. a fantastic stay!

The hotel was spotless with a great location close to the sites we wanted to visit. The rooms were nicely furnished. The property was conveniently located near two convenience stores and open fields, making our stay really nice during our vacation.
